Jolly Jumping Castle Hire, THE MANUFACTURER, THE LESSOR, NOR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DEATH, INJURY, LOSS OR OTHERWISE TO ANY PERSON USING THE GOODS. The hirer hires the goods (fun items) for the times and the rates specified above according to the following terms and conditions.

1. NO COLOUR POWDER, PAINT, STREAMER, BIRO OR FELT TIPPED PENS, POPPERS, SILLY ARE ALLOWED ON THE JUMPING CASTLES AS THIS STAINS AND YOU WILL BE LIABLE FOR A COMPLETELY NEW JUMPING CASTLE.
2. The owner will not be liable for supplying extensions - please supply your own.
3. No refund on cancellations, you booking can be moved to another date available.
4. Dirty, wet and muddy equipment will result in an additional cleaning fee of R150 being charged.
5. Only Foam bath (Bubble Bath) is to be used on water slides
6. Ensure that the goods are properly looked after, that they stand on a flat surface. If the inflatable is going to be used on a paved or cement surface, please let us know and we will provide a ground sheet. Please remove all stones and sharp objects prior to inflating.
7. Used and operated only under the strict supervision of a responsible adult.
8. Please switch off and cover the motor if it is raining or move the motor indoors.
9. No shoes, sharp objects, drinks or food are allowed on the inflatable, and smoking is not allowed on or near the inflatable.
10. We accept responsibility for loss or damage (Normal wear and tear/ Workmanship excluded) to the goods while in his care and undertake to pay the full cost of repair and or replacement value in the event of theft.
11. If damage is found (Normal wear and tear/ Workmanship excluded) the client/customer will be liable for repairs and be charged a minimum of R500 to cover the repair costs.
12. Do not let children play with or near the motor or hang over the sides of the jumping castle as they may fall out causing injury.
13. No animals are permitted on the inflatable at any time. If hiring overnight, please ensure that your animals are locked away from the castle or alternatively please wrap up the castle and put in a safe place.
14. Jolly Jumping Castles Hire will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury to any person/s using or operating the goods on the property whatsoever.
15. and hereby indemnifies the lessor against any claims which may be made against it by any person arising from the use of the goods
16. Accept all legal costs on the scale as between Attorney and client in the event of the lessor instituting action for the recovery of the goods, the value of replacement thereof or for collection of the charges.
17. The hirer acknowledges that it is always necessary to have a responsible adult in attendance to always supervise children. The hirer undertakes to ensure strict compliance herewith.
18. Only children under 12 years are allowed on the inflatable apart from the Gladiator Slide and Waterslides.

Water slides

Prior to collection time, please deflate the item and empty as much water as possible, reinflate and leave for a few minutes to dry. If hiring the Gladiator Slide overnight, please move the Gladiator away from the edge of the swimming pool when not in use and do not leave the hose pipe running on the inflatables when the motor is switched off.

For your own safety

1. The electrical motor should be connected to a properly earthed electrical supply with an operative earth leakage switch.
2. Care must be taken not to splash water on the electrical motor as it could result in electrocution.
3. Only costumes may be used on water slides; jean type costumes are prohibited.
